De jour Designs ("of the day designs") was commenced by Keirann Parker, Mackay in October 2006 as the direct result of not being able to identify suitably affordable fashion jewelry within the area.

Keirann commenced designing and manufacturing fashion jewellery for family and friends.  As a result client requests came flooding in.

De jour Designs were then requested to place commissioned items on displayed in store at Deja Vu, Sydney Street which remains to date.  A client base register was formulated for special requests and occasions.

De jour Designs desire was to make designs available to all with regular monthly attendances being undertaken at Marian Community Markets.

In June 2007 De jour Designs was invited to appear at The Bridal Expo held at North Mackay Bowls Club - with outstanding results and client registers for wedding packages.

In July 2007 De jour Designs was invited to appear at the Walkerston Craft Weekend again with outstanding results and client orders. As a result of this attendance design pieces have now been requested to appear at Cape Hillsborough Tea House via Seaforth.

Keirann now has a home based studio on her Mirani property overlooking the pioneer valley.  Workshops are now conducted on site and in Moranbah.
