Designs and Special Orders
Keirann only uses quality products in her designs - Swarovski crystals, A grade glass pearls, freshwater pearls, beads and findings. Simply gorgeous 18k & 22k gold plated, fine silver plated and sterling silver can be utilized within designer collection orders upon client request.
Fashion pieces can be manufactured to clients' specific requirements or design a piece with Keirann. Clients who specifically request a unique design not previously produced are given a guarantee that that piece will not be identically reproduced in the future.
Designer collection pieces will vary in colour, findings or design alteration in order to prevent identification of another clients design.
Clients requesting design pieces already designated within the Designer range will be advised of duplication and design variations upon request.
Packages
De jour Designs can construct a special package specifically to meet with clients requests, in particular wedding packages, debutantes, graduations, birthdays or for just that special occasion or outfit .
Trade It In
De jour Design clients are offered a unique service titled "Trade it in". This service offers clients the opportunity to trade in previously purchased De jour design items or your unwanted piece for remanufacture into updated designs. Clients will only be charged for additional costs incurred i.e. findings, stringing materials, time etc.
The limited warranted, exchange or store credit will then only apply to the new design and materials and not to any product originally traded in i.e. beads, findings etc.
